 SHARE MULTIPLE LINES with MODEMS, FAXES & CREDIT CARD READERS
Eliminate the need for dedicated lines with the LS-4x4 line scanner! Each LS-4x4 will accept one to four telephone lines and one to four devices. Depending on the number of line scanners cascaded, 1, 2, 3, 4...8...12 or more modems, credit card readers, fax machines, etc., may share one to four telephone lines or analog PBX/KSU stations.

When a device, such as a modem, attached to a device ports needs access to a telephone line, the LS-4x4 will instantly scan for an open line starting from the last line forward. When the LS-4x4 detects an open line, that line is routed to the device port. If no line are available, a fast busy tone will be returned.

For incoming calls, any of the lines can be routed to their corresponding device port.

The PDF-2 PathFinder allows any business, large or small, to enjoy the convenience of automated data transmission without the perpetual monthly expense of a dedicated phone line.  The PDF2 works with only 1-phone line.  If you require a device for multiple lines you will require the LS4x4 unit.

The PathFinder automatically answers each call, then routes the call to the appropriate telephone, fax, modem, point of sale terminal or other device.

All connected devices share the same line but operate independently, giving small offices or residences big business features and convenience. Offices with multi-line phone systems can use the last line of their system as their fax/modem line, maximizing their line utilization

The ASAP 2080 is a new 2X8 line sharing device that’s compact and easy to install, with a price that makes it an exceptional value. It can be used with almost any type of phone system, from a single line to a KSU/PBX. And with its small footprint and wall-mounting capability, you can install the ASAP 2080 just about anywhere. 

 ---THE ASAP 2080 ALSO FEATURES:

bulletPORT LOCK-UP PROTECTION
If a device fails to disconnect from the telephone line, the ASAP 2080 will shut down that port and release the phone line. A flashing LED indicates which device is locked out. When the device goes back on hook, the port will automatically unlock.
bulletPOWER FAILURE CONTINUITY
If power to the ASAP 2080 is cut, ports 1 and 2 still function. Additionally, the ASAP 2080 provides AC and telephone line surge protection for all connected devices.
bulletOUTBOUND LINE SEEKING
The ASAP 2080 will select the first available line for devices calling outbound. If both lines are in use, the ASAP 2080 sends a busy signal to the device attempting the outbound call.
bulletSTATUS LED FOR EACH LINE AND PORT
The ASAP 2080 has a total of 11 LED indicators: one for power, one for Line 1,one for Line 2 and one for each of the eight ports. When a port is in use, its LED will be red when connected to Line 1 or green for Line 2.If a port device is locked up, its LED will flash rapidly.
bulletADVANCED CALLING PARTY CONTROL (CPC)
The ASAP 2080 can detect a port device hang up or an inbound caller hang up, releasing the ports and lines.
bulletCNG DETECTION
CNG detection is built-in. Fax calls received on Line 2 will automatically be routed to Port 8.
bulletDTMF TRANSFERS
